We are thrilled to announce that we are now registered with the Quality Care Commission (CQC). Ear Matters Exeter is the first nurse-led ear care clinic to gain registration with the CQC (Care Quality Commission) in the local area.

  • Good governance – we have systems in place to check the quality and safety of our service

We’re committed to providing excellent care

At the moment not all providers of ear microsuction are registered with the CQC, so we are very excited to have passed our initial interview to be placed on the register, which you can see here https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-12725445133 The CQC website keeps an open record of which care providers are registered and their inspection ratings and reports.
